USAGE
Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts that must be diluted before use and should not be ingested without professional advice. For baths, mix 5–10 drops of essential oil with a teaspoon or 10ml of carrier oil for sensitive skin or added hydration, and soak for 10 minutes. For massage, blend 5–6 drops of essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil and apply to the skin. For inhalation, add 4–5 drops to steaming water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale deeply. In burners or diffusers, add 3–6 drops to water, ensuring the bowl doesn’t dry out as it heats.
