  • Condition: Returned items must be completely unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required for all returns and exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items


For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used supplements, vitamins, and consumable products.

  • Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., skincare products).

  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items.



Refunds & Exchanges

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to officially appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges


We are happy to exchange items for the exact same product or another item of equal value, subject to stock availability.



Defective or Damaged Products


If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately or visit our physical store. We will conduct a prompt evaluation of the item and arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund as necessary.
