Directions & Usage

Clove Bud is a very “hot” oil. Always dilute to a maximum of 0.5% for topical application.

• Emergency Toothache Relief: Dilute 1 drop of Clove oil in a teaspoon of carrier oil (like Olive or Coconut). Soak a cotton bud and apply gently to the affected area. Avoid contact with the tongue and gums.

• Warming Massage: Mix 2 drops of Clove oil with 10ml of carrier oil. Massage into joints or muscles to relieve stiffness and rheumatic discomfort.
