Description
Ignite your pantry and your wellness routine with Fenugreek Seeds, a golden-hued spice with a history as rich as its aroma. Native to the Mediterranean and Western Asia, these hard, angular seeds are the secret behind the “warm, maple-like” scent of traditional curry powders. When raw, Fenugreek possesses a bold, bittersweet profile; however, when toasted or slowly simmered, it transforms, releasing a rounded, nutty sweetness that anchors savory stews, pickles, and spice blends.
Beyond the kitchen, Fenugreek is a heavyweight in the world of traditional herbalism. Rich in galactomannan (a soluble fiber) and specialized saponins, it is a primary choice for supporting healthy blood sugar levels and digestive comfort. Often referred to as a “nourishing bitter,” it is traditionally used to support nursing mothers and promote a healthy appetite. Whether you are sprouting them for a nutrient-dense salad topper or decocting them into a warming tonic, our whole seeds ensure maximum potency and a long shelf life.

Sprouting for Salads: Soak seeds overnight in water, drain, and place in a sprouting jar. Rinse twice daily; they are usually ready to eat in 2–3 days.
Culinary Toasting: Dry-roast the seeds in a pan over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until they turn a deeper golden brown to reduce bitterness and enhance the nutty aroma.
Safety & Care
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the pouch tightly sealed to preserve the aromatic oils.
Pregnancy Note: Avoid therapeutic amounts during pregnancy as it may stimulate uterine contractions (consult your practitioner).
Medication Note: If you are taking medication for diabetes, monitor your blood sugar closely as Fenugreek may enhance the effect of these drugs.
Keep out of reach of children.
