Directions & Usage

Essential oils are highly concentrated active ingredients. Always dilute before topical or bath use.

• Steam Inhalation (Highly Recommended): Add 4–5 drops of Decongestant oil to a bowl of steaming water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes, and inhale the vapor for several minutes to clear the sinuses.
