Users may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained at www.healthrestore.co.za for marketing or any other purposes without the express written consent of the Provider.
Electronic Communications
By using this website or communicating with the Provider by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communication should be in writing.
E-Commerce and Privacy
Health Restore sells various products online. The use of any product or service bought from this website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury, or damages that may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the website.
The private information required for executing orders—specifically personal information, delivery addresses, and telephone numbers—will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and will not be sold or made known to third parties. Only necessary information (delivery address and contact number) will be shared with third-party couriers. Credit card details are not stored by the Provider under any circumstances.
The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the user’s electronic device due to a lack of adequate virus protection or spyware. The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order but cannot be held liable for the condition of goods once they arrive at the user’s chosen delivery address.
Payment Gateway
Credit card transactions are acquired by PayFast, a registered systems operator and payment gateway in South Africa. Cardholders can view PayFast’s security policies on their official website.
Products and Availability
Stock of all items is limited. Health Restore will make all reasonable attempts to ensure that special offers are concluded when stock runs out. If we are unable to fulfill an order at the advertised price due to stock exhaustion, we will inform you via email, and you will be entitled to a reimbursement for the Rand value paid.
All single-unit SKUs with box imagery are priced per unit.
Product images are for representation only. Actual colors, packaging, or design may differ.
Online Promotions & Clearance
Promotional offers are available at the Health Restore online store only for the indicated dates or while stocks last. Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
Clearance items are end-of-line and will not be replenished. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Health Restore will notify the customer and provide a full refund for that item.
Competitions
Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Competitions are open to SA residents over 18 years of age. Health Restore will attempt to contact winners via social media or email within one week. If a winner cannot be reached after 3 attempts, we reserve the right to draw a replacement. The judges’ decision is final.
Newsletter Subscription
Users who enter competitions via website pop-ups agree to submit their details and subscribe to the Health Restore newsletter. This data is used internally and will not be sold to third-party suppliers.

1. INTRODUCTION
This manual is published in terms of Section 51 of PAIA. It provides information on the categories of records held by Wellness Warehouse (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”) , the process to request access to records and how personal information is managed in compliance with POPIA.

10. INFORMATION COLLECTED IN TERMS OF POPIA
Personal Information must be processed for a specific purpose. The purpose for which Personal Information is processed by the Company will depend on the nature of the Personal Information and the particular data subject.
Categories of Personal Information collected by the Company:
The Company may collect various types of Personal Information, including Special Personal Information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person, including but not limited to : name, address email, telephone number, gender, marital status, date and place of birth, nationality, employer, job title, identification numbers, company registration number; demographic information such as your address, preferences and interests; information relevant to the provision of our products; information relevant to the procurement of products from suppliers; special personal information as defined in POPIA, including information about your health, racial or ethnic origin, biometric information; still and video images captured by CCTV at our stores or our head office. In terms of POPIA, Personal Information must be processed for a specified purpose.

11. PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING A RECORD NOT AUTOMATICALLY AVAILABLE

12. PRESCRIBED FEES
There is a prescribed fee to request access to information. These prescribed fees can be obtained at www.inforegulator.org.za and are subject to change.
The Information Officer will only consider the request once the prescribed fee has been paid. Once a decision has been made, the Requester will be noticed of the decision.
If the request is denied, the Requester may lodge an application to the Court. If the request is granted, then a further access fee is payable for the search, reproduction, preparation of the record in a format and for any time, that has exceeded the prescribed hours, to search and in order to prepare the record for disclosure.
13. GROUNDS FOR REFUSAL OF ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND/OR RECORDS
The Company may refuse a request to access certain information in terms of the Act, in the following circumstances :
(I) Protection of confidential information of a third party;
(ii) Protection of the commercial information of a third party/private body;
(iii) Protection of the safety of individuals and protection of property;
(iv) Protection of records privileged from production in legal proceedings;
(v) Protection of research information of a third party/private body;
(vi) Any other reason allowed by any applicable law.

1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, superfoods, or personal care items unless the product is defective.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

7. Shipping Returns To return your product, you should mail your product to: Eco Boulevard Shopping Centre, 270 Witch-Hazel Ave, Highveld, Centurion, 0157. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
