USAGE
• 1-2 tablespoons per day.
• Use as a protein boost, pre- and post-workout supplement or meal replacement for optimum recovery.
• As a workout shake or as a protein boost, blend 35g with 300ml of oat, almond, coconut or hemp milk.
• Or add 1-2 tablespoons to smoothies, oats, porridge or recipes.
• Blend into a smoothie with a plant-based milk or water.
