Shipping Policy
At Health-Re-Store, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Below is an overview of our shipping and delivery policy:
Shipping Areas
- We only trade and ship within South Africa. Please contact us at support@healthrestore.co.za if you have questions about delivery to your location.
Purchase Consent
- By placing an order through Health-Re-Store’s website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Processing / Handling Time
- Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Courier Handler
- All our shipments are managed by a third-party service, The Courier Guy.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight which is measured in kilograms and delivery destination. Final payment will be a combination of shipping and the order total.

Orders Cut Off time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be dispatched the same day otherwise on the next business day.
- Orders that are placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Transit Time
- Please note our delivery shipments are in transit for 2 – 5 business days depending on your location.
Delivery Time
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or courier delays.
- A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund
Change of Address
- Change of delivery address request can only be done on condition that your order has not been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
- Ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Transaction currency:
- All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from our courier company “The Courier Guy” with a tracking number which can be used on their website to monitor your package’s progress.
Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately support@healthrestore.co.za or call 012 655 0278. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
- If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order we are able to accept cancellations at any time only on condition that your order has not been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return and refund policy.
