Return for a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Orders may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. For appliances, a 30-day money-back guarantee applies, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria for returns.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened or used items are not eligible for refund unless defective.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Shipping Fees: The customer will be fully responsible for all return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or damaged products, or returns due to our error.

Return for Exchange

If a return is due to ordering an incorrect product. We are happy to exchange items for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Opened or used supplements, vitamins, and consumable products.
  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare products, hygiene items).
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Returns Due to Our Mistake

In the event of a return due to an error on our part or a misrepresentation by Health-Re-Store, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received. To assist us in processing your return, please provide the following:

  • A detailed description of the product fault.
  • Clear, well-lit photographs of the product(s) you wish to return.
  • Your order number and name as a reference.

  • At Health-Re-Store, we reserve the right to conduct further evaluation on returned products before  replacing , exchanging or conducting a refund.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
